Au programme
Depending on your wishes we an bake traditional Finnish "pulla", make bilberry pies or cinnamon buns. If you prefer cooking, we can make the traditional salmon soup or the vegetrian summer soup, smoke small local fish and make a salad using home grown vegetables. All this in a small rural village and in summertime by a lake in the middle of a forest. All this as a part of our small family at our home (or summer house) with a lot of stories about everything.
Qui est Liisa - le/la Doer
I am retired and have a lot of time. Crazy about baking and cooking. My mother didn't cook so I have done it all my life since I was 12. Love having guests and doing things with them, I talk a lot... We have one summer cottage for rent and I tend to make friends with our guests and sometimes we also bake together. Once I made bilberry pies with a Korean tv-group and it was great!
