On the trip, we hike over the fell, to the edge of the swamp, or along the river to look for the finest northern light landscapes in Kuusamo. The course of the evening depends on the weather and northern lights forecasts and we choose our destinations accordingly. In the coming years, the opportunity to see the northern lights will increase and their admiration will become even more possible. Your guide will be able to help you with photography and tell you about the birth of the northern lights. Hot drinks and local information are provided on the tour. Join us and experience one of the finest experiences in Finnish nature.

I am a hobby nature photographer and wilderness guide who are living my dream to see and wake up surrounded by the pure and beautiful wild. After traveling around Finland for years straight I want to share my knowledge about local cultures and places with other people. I see our nature as the most important reason for my life and I love sharing my experiences with other people.

Groups larger than 2 people require their own transport from the point of departure. Book warm clothing such as gloves, a beanie, a warm jacket, and weatherproof shoes for your trip. We walk in the snow, on the ice of lakes, and on the banks of rivers, where there may not be proper paths. The tour will take place according to the weather.
