Qui est FLEUR - le/la Doer
We started 10 yeas ago as a family business on lovely island of Saaremaa, east coast of Estonia. Supported only local farmers and helped along with a big wave of food local movement in Estonia. Local quality ingredients have a lot more pallet to it than mass produced foods, which has given us a very big yet simple advantage in front of others, simplicity is the key. From the islands we have expanded our business to Tallinn and provide healthy street food at our family restaurant in Kadriorg. We are looking forward to welcome you to our restaurant for cooking courses, or simply to enjoy the best handmade burgers in Estonia!
